Subscriptions to GrimoAI are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your GrimoAI account.

In most cases, payments for Jenni AI subscriptions are not refundable.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.
